NHTracks is not an emergency dispatch service and is not a substitute for 911 or other emergency communications systems.

Emergency responders and public agencies using NHTracks remain responsible for their own operational and routing decisions.

NHTracks may update this Privacy Policy as the service, technology, legal requirements, or business operations change.
